Currently, we do not accept returns for refund or store credit. We can, however, accept unwashed, unworn items in exchange for a different in-stock product within 15 days of receiving the initial item. Please contact us in advance if you need to exchange an item. Customer is responsible for return shipping as well as shipping of any new items. Items ending in .99 are final sale. No refunds or exchanges for orders shipped outside of the United States. Due to the high shipping cost and fragile nature of mugs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for mug orders.
